    Dexis is seeking Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Specialists and AM&E Research Analysts for current and future opportunities with Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of State (DOS) clients. This includes AM&E Advisors, Qualitative and Quantitative Researchers, and Evaluation Design Specialists. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day research, analysis, and program support services.
    • Conduct field evaluations.
    • Provide technical and strategic guidance on AM&E.
    • Manage AM&E projects and tasks.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • At least 5 years of experience directly supporting international or security assistance/cooperation programs
    • Knowledge of DOD security cooperation programs and DOS security assistance programs.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization that translates into high-quality professional reports.
    • For AM&E Advisors:
      • Experience with strategic framework design for authority and agency level objectives
      • Experience using data to inform strategic decision-making
    • For Qualitative and Quantitative Researchers:
      • Experience collecting data in austere environments
    • Active secret security clearance required.

     

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Master's or Ph.D.
    • 5-10 years of experience designing security sector evaluations for long- and shorter-term initiatives.
    • Experience with USG interagency.
    • Familiarity with key security cooperation partners globally.
    • Regional and/or overseas field experience and foreign language abilities.
