    Dexis is seeking Security Assistance and Security Cooperation Experts, including Strategic Planners and Security Cooperation Program Managers, for current and future opportunities with Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of State (DOS) clients.


    • Day-to-day project or program coordination, management, and research support.
    • Provide direct on-site support to the office.
    • Feed AM&E efforts into improved planning processes and procedures.
    • Provide cross-SME planning support to program coordinators and the Team Lead.
    • Provide technical guidance on program components.
    • Support the Team Lead in programs and planning management.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • At least 5 years of experience with prior strategic planning, military, security assistance, security cooperation planning and program experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience working with US interagency.
    • Experience working with foreign military counterparts and civilian institutions.
    • Understanding DOD planning and security cooperation processes and doctrine (e.g., JP 5-0; JP 3-20....)
    • Knowledge of DOD security cooperation programs and DOS security assistance programs.
    • For Security Cooperation Program Managers:
      • Familiarity with program design, drafting SMART objectives aligned with higher U.S. security cooperation objectives.
      • Familiarity with JP 3-20 (Security Cooperation), DoD Directive 5132.03, Title X Chapter 16 Security Cooperation), Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).
      • At least 5-10 years of management experience to include working with globally dispersed teams.
    • Active secret security clearance required.


    Preferred Requirements:

    • Master's degree.
    • Regional and/or overseas field experience a plus.
