    Dexis is seeking Training and Curriculum Specialists for current and future opportunities with Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of State (DOS) clients.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide training and curriculum support to assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) and programs.
    • Coordinate with relevant USG stakeholders on training and curricula requirements as they arise.
    • Lead and shape mobile training teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
    • At least 5 years of designing and developing training curricula and conducting training workshops.
    • At least 5 years of experience working with USG interagency, prior military, or direct security assistance/cooperation experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in conducting research and analysis.
    • Experience with DOD schoolhouses or regional centers preferred.
    • Regional and/or overseas field experience a plus.
    • Active secret security clearance required.
