    Dexis is seeking Training and Curriculum Design Specialists for current and future opportunities with Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of State (DOS) clients.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide training and curriculum support to assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E), and security cooperation programs.
    • Coordinate with relevant USG stakeholders on training and curricula requirements as they arise.
    • Lead and shape mobile training teams.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • At least 5 years of experience working with USG interagency, prior military, or direct security assistance/cooperation experience.
    • Experience with designing, writing, and executing education and training curricula, materials and programs.
    • Experience in design and development for various delivery styles including instructor lead, self-paced and virtual modalities.
    • Experience working with a broad network of subject matter experts (SMEs), academia, and other institutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials.
    • Experience working with trainers and instructors to validate and measure effectiveness of training and education programs, including field visits, roundtables, focus groups and surveys.
    • Experience vetting curriculum through the Council of Education for certification.
    • Active secret security clearance required.

     

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Master's degree. 
    • Experience with DOD schoolhouses or regional centers.
    • Experience creating online courses, trainings, and content (e.g. modules, scripts, videos, quizzes, etc.).
    • Regional and/or overseas field experience a plus.
