USAID/Southern Africa (USAID/SA) recently completed developing a new integrated Regional Development Cooperation Strategy (RDCS) and will soon finalize a Performance Management Plan (PMP). The Regional Program and Project Development Office (RPPDO) in coordination with the newly formed cross-mission “Learning Champions'' working group will be charged with implementing the PMP and updating it periodically.
RPPDO’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team is seeking support to design and conduct a Knowledge Management (KM) Assessment (of which, a Knowledge Audit is an integral part) that will analyse the current state of Knowledge Management within the Mission for the purpose of identifying needs and gaps.
Specifically, the services of a Consultant are sought to perform a KM Audit at USAID/Southern Africa. The KM Audit will be used to guide the development of a KM Policy for the Mission, as well as a KM Action Plan for the implementation of KM as part of the process of institutionalising systematic, intentional and resourced CLA and KM practices.
This consultancy is anticipated to last 8-9 weeks. A full scope of work will be provided upon selection for an interview.
