INL/WHP's support is tailored to bolster the capacity of partner countries through multilateral, regional, and country-specific programs.    Dexis' Performance Measurement, Management, and Analysis Support contract with INL/WHP entails developing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) policies and procedures; creating defensible performance measures; supporting, managing, and conducting data collection efforts across the hemisphere; and developing an M&E data management, analysis, and reporting system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).The M&E Specialist shall work with INL/WHP program officers, M&E Coordinator, Posts, implementers, and in-country M&E Specialists to determine appropriate performance indicators for programs and projects and shall work regionally with their counterparts to ensure that INL/WHP is measuring key indicators in a similar manner across the hemisphere.    This will be a full time (defined as at least 40-hour work week) position. Data collection effort may include (but are not limited to), submitting data requests to host governments, partnering with NGOs or other government partners, researching open source data, working with private entities, or designing and implementing surveys, interviews, or statistical modeling.   This will be a full-time (defined as at least 40-hour work week) position. This position may ultimately be based in a U. S. Embassy facility, however, this individual will work remotely in or near Nassau until they are able to transition to Embassy facilities, which is dependent on the individual’s ability to obtain and hold either a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or Regional Security Office (RSO) security clearance as well as the availability of space in Embassy facilities.
